Dr. Kristian H is a serial entrepreneur, lifestyle expert, and health enthusiast. She embodies the passion, fearlessness, and uniqueness that fuels her generation. She received her Bachelors degree from Yale and her Doctorate degree from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, Dr. Kristian H blends her academic knowledge, creativity, and unconventional philosophy to promote healthy, happy, and free lifestyles. A speaker, blogger, and health enthusiast, Dr. Kristian H is inspiring a generation to be happy, healthy, and free!
Camille Simone
Camille Simone is here to turn people into movements. Empowering individuals through self-awareness, self-knowledge, and self-worth. She meets you where you are and harness everything you’re about, to coach you on how to elevate yourself; how to increase your quality of life. Camille is committed to developing her clients in the work and subjects of: ‘elevated self’, ‘transformation’, and ‘evolved purpose’. She is here to envision and goal-set with her client, and then she will turn their visions into a reality that will change his/her life. Camille Simone offers individualized and specific professional development consulting, personal life coaching, and team and community focused program and project design opportunities.

Breakout I: Grief, Loss and Letting Go
Grief is complicated, which means there is no right or wrong way to process it. What our bodies and mind's know is that loss is painful and the heart feels the laceration that comes from losing something or someone. This workshop is a safe and warming place for you to open up not only about death, but of having to let go and move on, and to discover tools on how to heal as you journey.
Breakout II: Breathe in, Breathe Out
In this group session we will explore the effects of depression and anxiety on the body and how being a strong woman of color is not a remedy for aiding depressive symptoms. In this session we will explore and dismantle the pressures, as well as the stereotypes that society has placed on women of color that impacts our abilities to heal. You will be in a safe place where you can use your voice and gain tools on how to breathe easy, without feeling suffocated by the need to live up to the standards that others, as well as people from our own culture, have placed upon us.
Breakout III: SELF-care for emotional resilience
This workshop is all about building your self-care toolbox. In this session we will focus on generating more self directed love by learning how to be honest with your emotions and using authenticity as a tool to build your self-esteem, your relationship with yourself, and most importantly, learn how to tend and nurture your spirit through creating self-care practices and rituals.
