Event Description: I needed some genuine sister time! I was searching for like minded women to workout, meditate, twerk, sip, laugh, emote, encourage, learn, teach, and grow with! I realized many of us were. So I stopped searching, and created a space and place for us to gather. There is no prior experience needed. There is no expectation of you when you arrive. Come as you are. Fill up on what you need, and leave behind what does not serve you.

This is our 4th monthly event! It's a WOMEN'S only affair! We will connect to our wombanhood. Flex our femininity and inner power! Come let your hair down ladies and enjoy bottomless mimosas.

Bring your mats, blocks, straps, good vibes.
