About Us

Mind Body Melanin is on a mission to empower women of color to prioritize health, wellness, personal growth, and radical self-care.

You may be thinking what is radical self-care about anyway? Radical self-care is simple. You embrace the beauty behind your flaws. You learn to live unapologetically for yourself. You intentionally learn new ways to become the happiest and healthiest version of you!

Don't worry, this is a judgment-free wellness community. We welcome you to come as you are! No pressure to eat kale, hug a tree, or become a hipster to join The Melanin Girl Wellness Movement! Although, if you do -- feel free to share your health and wellness journey with us through our blog or podcast!
